Private Residential Drug Rehab in Auckland
Person-centred residential addiction treatment with structured support, evidence-based therapy and comprehensive aftercare.
What’s included in our Residential Drug Rehab Programme
Every person’s experience of drug addiction is different. Keystone Lodge provides personalised residential treatment for people experiencing problems with methamphetamine (P), cocaine, cannabis, prescription medications and multiple substance use, with each recovery programme tailored to the individual.
Treatment combines AOD therapy, recovery mentoring, group support, structured daily routines, holistic wellbeing and aftercare planning to address both substance use and the patterns that contribute to addiction.
-
Keystone Lodge provides private residential drug rehab in Auckland within a safe, structured and supportive environment. We support people experiencing problems with methamphetamine (P), cocaine, cannabis, prescription medications and multiple substance use, with treatment tailored to each person's individual needs and recovery goals.
-
No two experiences of drug addiction are the same. Substance use, personal circumstances, relationships, mental wellbeing and recovery goals are different for every person.
At Keystone, treatment is built with you, not for you. We work alongside each guest to develop an individualised recovery plan that reflects their needs, strengths and goals, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
-
Our programme combines individual and group therapeutic support to help guests better understand their addiction, recognise patterns and triggers, develop healthier coping strategies and strengthen the skills needed for recovery.
Guests receive individual AOD therapy, alongside facilitated group sessions, recovery-focused education and ongoing support from our Recovery Mentors throughout their stay.
-
Structure and routine can play an important role in early recovery. Each day at Keystone provides a balance of therapeutic work, recovery mentoring, physical activity, wellbeing practices, nutritious meals, connection and time for reflection.
The aim is not simply to create structure while someone is at Keystone, but to develop healthy routines and practical habits that can continue beyond residential treatment.
-
Drug addiction rarely affects one person alone. Where appropriate and with the guest's involvement, we support families and loved ones to better understand addiction, recovery, boundaries and how they can support lasting change.
We recognise that families may have been through their own difficult journey, and rebuilding trust and connection can be an important part of recovery.
-
Recovery does not end when residential treatment finishes. Throughout a guest's stay, we work with them to identify triggers, recognise warning signs, strengthen coping strategies and develop a practical plan for returning to everyday life.
Our focus on relapse prevention and structured aftercare helps guests maintain connection, accountability and ongoing recovery support after leaving Keystone.
-
Recovery involves more than stopping drug use. Our programme supports the whole person — physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, confidence, connection and purpose.
Alongside therapy and recovery work, guests can participate in physical training, Pilates, breathwork, meditation, outdoor activities and other wellbeing experiences designed to support restoration and help people reconnect with themselves.
