New owners Leon and Emma bring not only passion and vision to Keystone Lodge, but also a deeply personal connection to the journey of recovery itself. Having both walked through the doors of Keystone Lodge during their own paths of self-discovery and healing, they understand firsthand the courage it takes to seek change, the importance of connection, and the life-changing impact of feeling truly seen and supported.
Empowered by an incredible and compassionate team, they are dedicated to walking alongside each client with understanding, structure, and care, ensuring individuality in recovery remains the first and foremost priority in everything Keystone Lodge does.

James is the dedicated Intake and Engagement Manager at Keystone Lodge and is often the very first voice people hear when reaching out for help.
With a genuine passion for people and recovery, James brings warmth, understanding, and compassion to every interaction, helping individuals and families feel supported from the very first conversation.
Driven by a deep commitment to seeing others heal and rediscover purpose, James goes above and beyond to ensure every person who connects with Keystone Lodge feels heard, valued, and cared for.

Janey, Registered Alcohol/Drug Clinician and Recovery Coach
Janey is brings over 20 years of experience to the Keystone Team. She is a counsellor and recovery coach who supports individuals and whānau navigating mental health challenges and addiction.
With lived experience in long-term recovery and professional qualifications in counselling and AOD support, she offers a calm, grounded approach that blends authenticity, cultural awareness, and hope helping clients build emotional stability, find balance, and reconnect with their values on the path to wellbeing.

Toni a deeply valued part of the Keystone family. With over a decade of sobriety, she brings lived experience, compassion, and genuine understanding to the heart of the residential programme, creating a safe and supportive environment for those beginning their recovery journey.
Dedicated, empathetic, and nurturing by nature, Toni is passionate about helping others find hope and stability in recovery. Her calm presence, authenticity, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life allows clients to feel accepted, understood, and supported throughout their time at Keystone Lodge.

Christie has over 20 years in recovery, is mum to two fur babies, and has spent 10 years in the corporate world focusing on pharmaceuticals and natural health supplements. She is positive, friendly, creative, and always wears a smile. She lives and breathes the recovery life and loves sharing her journey and helping others. Christie enjoys photography, cooking, and connecting with people.

Tahira is a dedicated registered nurse with 10+ years of experience in Mental Health and Addiction. With background in nursing and addiction care, Tahira excels in evaluating and managing the detoxification process to ensure patient safety and effectiveness. She brings a compassionate approach to each assessment, combining in-depth knowledge of substance withdrawal symptoms, medication management and individualised care planning.

At Keystone Lodge, our in house chef plays a special role in nurturing recovery through the comfort and connection that good food can bring.
Passionate about healing through feeding the soul, Lynda creates wholesome, nourishing meals that provide not only physical sustenance, but also warmth, care, and a sense of home.
More than just providing meals, Lynda also helps create moments of comfort, routine, and togetherness — reminding those in recovery that healing can often begin with the simplest acts of care.

Ed, Musician
A professional guitarist and teacher who lives in Piha on the West Coast of Auckland.
Ed has a Bachelor of Music (Classical Guitar Performance) from Auckland University and performs regularly with his bands ‘Ghost Town’ and the “Ed Taylor Collective”, and as a solo guitarist. Ed performs Saturdays at the Keystone Lodge while clients enjoy a special lunch serving.

Teddy is our one-year-old Cavoodle and a very special part of the Keystone Lodge family.
With his beautiful, playful nature, wagging tail, and those irresistible puppy-dog eyes, Teddy has a way of making everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Whether he's greeting guests at the door, offering quiet companionship during a tough day, or bringing smiles and laughter with his cheeky personality, Teddy reminds us of the healing power of connection.
